If you’re using an iPhone, shoot in 4k/60fps, and use a video editing app such as Inshot or Capcut to edit and export the video to a lower quality (1080 60 fps). This is because social media will degrade the quality of your videos with compression, so it is best to do it yourself before uploading. Same goes for camera videos!
